Just a reminder…
- I will be checking reading logs and reading duotangs on Monday. Please make sure you are up to date on your signatures.
- Reading Response D is due on Monday Jan 11. You can do it on whatever you want.
- Reading Response E is due on Monday Jan 18. It must be done on a newspaper article.
Starting on Monday Jan 11, 2010, students must read a newspaper (or magazine) article for their weekly reading response assignment.
- Students can either do this online using Google Docs, or they can print out the assignment and do it by hand.
- The assignment can be downloaded here: http://304.ldhss.ca/downloads/Weekly-Reading-Response-Assignment-Term-2-Expository.doc
- Students may continue to read whatever they want for 20 minutes every day, however their weekly reading responses have to be on a newspaper or magazine article.
- Students may read an online newspaper or a printed newspaper, however watching the news on tv doesn’t count.
