Thank you to Kaylene’s family, Maria’s family and Julia’s family for their generous donation of books to add to our classroom library.
Some of our new additions include Catching Fire which is the second book of the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins as well as the New York Times Bestseller series The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clarke. Also new to our collection is Eoin Colfer’s Artemis Fowl series (also on the New York Times Bestseller list), R.L. Stine’s Goosebumps and Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic, Treasure Island. We’ve also added a variety of titles from the Babysitters, Goosebumps and Beverly Clearly.
We have a wide range of reading abilities and interest in our class. Everything from Beverly Clearly to Gordon Korman to Stephenie Meyer, Charlotte’s Web to Chicken Soup for the Soul to Life of Pi, short stories to graphic novels to informational texts. If you have any books or magazines that your family is done with, please consider donating them to our classroom library. Thank you in advance for your continued support.
